The content of this course will be concerned with various historical periods of world civilization. We will concentrate on the following periods:
Ancient Civilizations:
Prehistory, Mesopotamia, Egypt, Hebrews, China and India
Classical Civilizations:
Ancient Greece and Rome
There will be a comprehensive final exam at the end of the 4th quarter. Students need material from the entire year in order to be successful.
